Regional Agronomist

Ag 1 Source is looking for a District Sales Manager to develop and expand a sales territory in Michigan for a growing seed and biologicals company. If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and developing a strong market presence, this opportunity is for you!

What you will be doing:

Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow market share in Michigan.
Building relationships with growers, dealers, and retailers to drive sales.
Providing technical expertise on seed and biological product placement.
Coaching and training sellers on product knowledge and agronomic solutions.
Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to support territory growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize seed selection and yield potential.

A successful candidate for this Regional Agronomist opportunity will possess:

A strong background in seed sales and agronomy.
Proven ability to develop new business and expand market share.
Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and grow a territory independently.
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
