Growing rapidly and gaining national respect for our innovative services, we need to hire a Recruitment Manager for our expanding business.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will use your proficiency in Recruitment as part of our Professional Services team to help our clients to succeed. You will work with ROSS clients to improve their recruitment process including reducing their time to hire, increasing the quality of their candidate pool and reducing their costs.
You will manage the recruitment process including creating dynamic job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates then liaising and negotiating with clients throughout the process including offer letters and reference checks. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining excellent customer relations with ROSS clients, integrating into each client team and serving as a strategic partner in terms of recruitment solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
- You have experience recruiting for technology roles.
- University degree or college diploma in related field to Human Resources Administration or Business Administration/ Commerce.
- Outstanding communication and written skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- You have the ability and desire to attend after hour networking meetings and events once per month.

Although we do have an office in downtown
Salary:
The salary range is flexible depending on your experience. The typical range is $60,000-$70,000. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefit package.
