Recruitment Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment Manager to join their successful team. The Recruitment Manager will be required to supervise their recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly. Our client is one of the top BPO Outsource Centres in South Africa, offering outsourced services to local and international clients. Their Contact Centre in Cape Town has a rich history of delivering best in class BPO services.

The health and safety of their employees is of utmost importance to them. They comply with the COVID guidelines as issued by the government and strict health & social distancing measures have been implemented at their premises.

Duties and responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Manager
  • Recruitment experience in BPO sector advantageous
  • Must have team management experience – strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with the use of Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
  • Familiar with social media and job portals
  • Excel and report writing skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to engage across different levels of the business
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a highly pressurized, target and timeline driven environment
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Based in Cape Town

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday, 10:00 - 19:00 / 11:00 – 20:00

Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Flexible hours dependent on client and operational requirements.

Our client adopts a hybrid work from home and in office work model. The incumbent will be afforded some portion of their time to work from home. The long-term view is, that it will continue, although the role may change to a complete work from office role should the need arise.
