We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to help us realize our vision of a standardized global recruitment process across all of our divisions worldwide. The person in this role will work as an integral part of the Global Recruitment Team, and will be responsible for supporting and guiding activities at every stage of the recruitment cycle, as well as acting as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the hiring process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate recruitment activities for roles in all levels of the organization, and ensure that the recruitment procedures are followed.
  • Liaise/coordinate/communicate between all parties involved in the hiring process
  • Work directly with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and specific position objectives, as well as to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
  • Compile and submit monthly recruitment activity reports to various internal recipient lists. Measure and report on recruiting metrics such as source of hire and time to fill, and others.
  • Track recruitment activities and monitor progress, while maintaining a complete record of recruitment-related information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other internal databases
  • Draft and upload job posting in the company ATS (PC Recruiter) and other web-boards, based on provided job descriptions and following template instructions.
  • Schedule interviews, assist hiring managers with interview preparation, and help conducting interviews (phone, video and/or in-person) when appropriate
  • Conduct reference checks on successful candidates
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) super user
  • Address employment inquiries, ensure the highest level of quality and customer service for candidate interaction, and strengthen the company’s public image and employer brand
  • Complete Canadian Controlled Goods Designated Official training, and carry out Security Assessments for new employees
  • Other related duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • 1-2 years’ experience working in Recruitment/ HR
  • Some level of exposure to recruitment/sourcing is required
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
  • Some level of familiarity with social media platforms, professional sites and resume databases, particularly LinkedIn and Indeed


  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management


  • Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Good administrative, time-management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and to action multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (particularly business communications knowledge), as well as great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy


  • Ability to build and manage strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external clients and contacts
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and respect
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment; as well as ability to work well independently
