What you will achieve in this role:

Business Development

  • Generate qualified new business leads
  • Maintain details of prospect & clients with accuracy, across multiple systems
  • Create prospect follow up schedule
  • Perform analysis of the market to identify areas of opportunity and growth
  • Leverage your knowledge to contribute to informed prospecting strategies
  • Conduct daily outreach through email and cold calling
  • Deliver against weekly KPIs
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Participating in sales forecasting with Account Executive, developing and implementing a sales plan including territory analysis, strategies and action plans

Recruitment

  • Creating original, compelling job descriptions for temporary and permanent positions
  • Maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline for core positions
  • Recruiting and qualifying top-tier candidates
  • Communicating with clients as required on candidate requests
  • Develop and maintain candidate relationships across multiple groups and levels
  • Develop strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Provide complete, accurate information about the candidates to present to the client in a well written and professional format
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidate
  • Maintain all relevant information about candidates and recruitment campaigns

What you will bring to this role:

  • 2+ Years of experience working in a sales environment
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, Agency experience considered an asset
  • Post secondary education or a combination of related education and experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads
  • Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Ability to understand and articulate a hiring manager’s resource requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and applicant tracking systems
  • Proven troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to move quickly while meeting deadlines
  • Open-minded to other people’s experiences and ideas
  • Enjoy learning new approaches/skills and apply them to their daily tasks
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience conducting behavioral interviews
  • Strong online sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Social Media and Job Boards
