We are seeking a passionate Recruiting Manager for one of our clients to lead talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will identify, attract, and recruit high-performing sales professionals throughout. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with passive candidates, presenting compelling value propositions, and closing top talent. You will also support new recruits to integrate within the organization and partner with top producers to help them be successful and eventually build their own teams. This position offers the opportunity to work with exceptional talent and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Second year comp can be $50-100k+ more. It empowers individual entrepreneurs to build and scale client-focused businesses within an interconnected brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top productive sales professionals.
  • Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline.
  • Meet regularly with top performers and attend networking events and industry functions.
  • Present a compelling value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Successfully close recruiting opportunities and support the integration of new recruits.
  • Partner with top-producers to recruit team members needed for growth.
  • Manage recruiting activities, follow-up, pipeline, and metrics.
  • Build lasting relationships that contribute to long-term organizational growth.
