We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing team in a full-time, permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and is interested in developing a career in recruiting and talent acquisition.

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our Recruiters, Business Development Managers, and Operations team, ensuring that candidate processes run smoothly from first contact through onboarding. This role also assists with office operations and coordinating internal events.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Support

  • Assist candidates in completing all required documentation for engagements nationwide
  • Confirm that all candidates complete onboarding and compliance requirements within required timeframes
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure all documentation is properly collected and stored
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and candidate information
  • Onboard placements, including ordering background checks and drug tests

Recruiting Team & Operations Support

  • Play a key role in supporting the success of Recruiters and Business Development Managers
  • Provide backup support for Operations related to candidate engagements
  • Assist with coordination of recruiting activities and candidate communications
  • Assist with various administrative tasks that support the overall team
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for submission to client engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with candidates and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Basic familiarity with computers and office technology
