We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Account Manager to support and enhance our firm’s recruiting efforts while managing our most valuable customer relationships. This individual will play a vital role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to attract and evaluate candidates for various careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the firm’s end-to-end recruiting process by sourcing and screening candidates
  • Heavy outbound calling is required
  • Identify potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job fairs, licensed producer lists, LinkedIn, and Open House events.
  • Enter and track candidate data in the firm's CRM system; generate and analyze recruiting reports and metrics.
  • Attend weekly recruiting meetings; provide updates, insights, and recommendations on candidate status.
  • Organize and execute recruiting events.
  • Coordinate onboarding checklists and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless process for new advisors.
  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through contracting, licensing, training, and onboarding.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update job postings across job boards, social media platforms, and college career sites.
  • Plan and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Manage recruiting materials including brochures, licensing documentation, and marketing collateral.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinating with existing customer base to inform them about new business solutions.
  • Effectively presenting and developing opportunities for multi-product solutions.
  • Prioritize and address customer feedback, ensuring our products and services meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in financial services or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the sales cycle: approach, qualification, need agreement, company presentation, customer needs fulfillment, commitment acquisition, and sale finalization.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and navigating VMS systems.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
