Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and organized Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people find meaningful employment. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating placements and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and recruit candidates for various skilled trades and technical positions.

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and fit.

  • Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.

  • Write and post effective job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms.

  • Manage and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation for successful placements.

  • Assist with reference checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with the business development team to align recruitment priorities with client demand.

  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (skilled trades or staffing agency experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
