Are you good with custom Google searches in boolean or want to learn how to find the hidden candidate pool?
We are a boutique West Coast Recruiting firm that focuses on design and creative roles for design agencies, tech companies, and we also support early and mid-stage startups.
We're looking for Sourcing and Recruiting support to help out with a variety of open reqs.
Most of our clients are Digital Design agencies with creative and tech roles such as UX and UI Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, Front End Developer, and Producer.
Ideally we would like to have assistance with the following:
-Developing robust boolean search strategies on Google using Google X-Ray. We would love someone who is already familiar with this but we are more than willing to provide guidance and training as needed.
-Creating a pipeline of candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter. We will provide an account.
-Communicating with prospective candidates to get them scheduled with another Recruiter. Over time this will likely expand to have you conduct the intake calls and manage the candidate experience entirely.
-There may be some lead research and other functions that technically fall under sales operations but this is more of a nice to have.
We will provide plenty of individualized training with you to help you gain and develop the skills to be successful in this role.
