Real Estate & Property Management Recruiter

Location: Hybrid Position

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates for a wide range of property management roles, including property management, operations, and corporate support
  • Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified individuals to hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and job boards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying client leads and helping grow our client base
  • Collaborate with internal team members to share candidate insights and hiring trends
  • Excited to work with existing clients as well as build a desk of new clients
  • Keep ATS/database updated with candidate activity and client notes

🔸 Qualifications:

  • Recruiting experience is required (agency or in-house)
  • Background in real estate or property management strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to build trust quickly with both clients and candidates
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven — able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Comfortable with business development and client outreach
  • Resourceful, organized, and excited to grow within a collaborative, fast-moving team
  • Technologically savvy, familiar with ATS systems or CRM, has utilized LinkedIn for networking, comfortable with use of AI to be more efficient
