to join their team. Should you be successful, your primary responsibility to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
Should be able to work from Monday to Friday
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing need
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Perform reference and background checks
- Make recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Follow up on the interview process status
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Salary Between : R18,000.00pm - R24,000pm
