We are currently seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruitment
• Create and promote job advertisements
• Maximize candidate experience
• Source and recruit using proactive methods including social media and networking
• Schedule and dispatch staff to assignment projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Full cycle recruitment experience
• Proven relationship development, communication and advisory skills
• Strong interviewing, assessment and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Assets:

• Knowledge of construction industry an asset
• Human Resources related field of study
• Sales experience is considered an asset
