The primary responsibilities of this role are: Implementing well-rounded recruitment strategies that deliver quality candidates to our clients; phone screenings/ initial interviews; posting job descriptions; sourcing candidates; engaging past applicants/prospects; scheduling interviews or meetings; delivering offer packages and on boarding.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assisting with sourcing quality candidates for our clients.
  • Building firm relationships with clients & candidates by being available to answer questions and provide assistance through the hiring process.
  • Keeping and maintaining records and documentation through our ATS system.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive employee information and documentation properly.
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates, sending email confirmations, setting up meeting rooms or virtual calls, and following up with clients when needed.
  • Partner with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies that would align to business needs.
  • Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent for the Sourcing Team.
  • Assist with the prescreening and delivery of active and interested candidates to the supported Sourcing/Recruiting Team.
  • Assist with the research and maintenance of creative sourcing tools and resources.

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • Someone who is organized, friendly, team-oriented, professional and has an outstanding attention to detail.
  • Someone who possesses skills in problem-solving, multitasking, record-keeping and has exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Someone who has experience in a talent acquisition program or third-party staffing agency/search firm preferred.
  • Able to accurately enter data into various electronic systems and will be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) technologies (highly preferred).
  • Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365 to format and maintain documents.
  • Consistently dependable and able to meet deadlines in a fast moving work environment.
  • Capable of performing duties such as: answering phones, email correspondence, formatting documents, scheduling meetings, screening and interviewing candidates,etc.
  • Able to proactively source, pre-qualify, and interview candidates using a variety of leading recruitment resources, including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and others.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • U.S. work authorization (Required)
  • Recruitment Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people in a professional, sensitive and friendly manner.
  • Basic computer skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data entry, typing skills and ability to multitask.
  • Motivated, punctual and goal-oriented.
  • Prioritizing, planning and organizing.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team.
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and recruitment resources (Highly preferred)
