Job Overview:
The primary responsibility as a Recruiter is to support the recruitment process within the organization.
The role will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels.
This position demands exceptional communication, networking, and organizational skills, as well as a keen understanding of client’s needs and industry trends.

The essential responsibilities of the position are listed below in the following key areas:

  • Collaborate with clients’ hiring managers and executives to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates through consistent outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities
  • Review and screen resumes/CVs to identify potential matches for open positions.
  • Conduct thorough remote/in person interviews (behavioral, competency-based, technical, etc.) to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, personality traits, and cultural fit.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage salary negotiations with selected candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide invaluable support to the recruiting team, offering assistance as deemed necessary.
  • Possess the ability to successfully finalize deals and effectively conduct full cycle recruiting independently
  • Develop new clients and build up strong relationships with clients for job orders through a variety of methods, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging their existing client base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Experience:

  • 1+ years recruiting, sales, and marketing experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience in various selection processes, such as phone/video interviews, in-person interviews, reference checks, etc. with a focus on full-cycle recruiting preferred
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in utilizing diverse sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, job boards, and skilled in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations is plus
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word / Excel), and google suites
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is advantageous, although not required
