We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Mississauga office which has a focus on Administrative, Human Resources/payroll, Finance and Accounting. As part of this team, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Utilizing your experience ​and strong network to recruit and place candidates across all our specialized areas.
  • Acquire and retain clients seeking Finance, accounting, Administrative and Human Resources in the west end of the GTA
  • Act as a Recruitment consultant you will be, introducing talented candidates to clients, arranging interviews, and negotiating contracts
  • Stay on top of social and professional networks for scouting top talent
  • Schedule and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, documenting notes and video in to the database
  • Meet with the team​ daily​, relating needs to fill existing temporary/contract roles
  • Stay in touch with candidates, updating their job status and requirements on an ongoing basis over time
  • Seek clarity to understand and manage hiring requirements to ensure quick fill time
  • Partner with the team and with Head Office to increase brand visibility and attract the right talent
  • Proactively build a strong network of "A-List" talent through social media and face-to-face
  • Maintain and update recruiting related administration (candidate tracking)
  • Coordinate meetings/interviews and manage recruiting calendars
  • Manage and implement internal projects (as needed)
  • Other duties as required


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • Ideally you have a strong and growing social network in our specialized areas specifically within, Finance. Accounting. Human Resources/Payroll and Sales contacts
  • Prior ​exposure to sourcing talent specific to the ­­­­ West Toronto area
  • University degree or College Diploma
  • Highly articulate professional, able to relate to corporate professionals at the mid to senior level, and relate to their work experiences
  • Excellent social memory – able to recall people and their skill sets from memory
  • Intelligent and self-motivated individual, willing to work hard​ ​to achieve and exceed targets
