DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking connections, and referrals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process for leadership and executive talent, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Work alongside the senior leadership team to prepare job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific tax positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of tax professionals to leverage for current and future recruitment needs through research, sourcing, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies to meet their needs while preserving confidentiality and discretion with the utmost professionalism.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting the niche to better advise clients and candidates.
  • Work closely with team members to synergize efforts and effectively accomplish projects, fostering an environment of professionalism and mutual collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting tax professionals.
  • Solid understanding of tax principles, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Success in sourcing talent through traditional and non-traditional methods.
  • Experience documenting the recruitment process within an applicant tracking system; experience with PCRecruiter is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing world-class service.
  • Proactive, team-based, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organizational and time-management skills.
