Title: Recruiter - Corporate Talent

Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Lyndhurst, NJ

General Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent into the organization through creative recruiting strategies and effective management of the selection process. The Corporate Recruiter owns full cycle recruiting for full time positions opportunities, and works to promote the brand in the candidate community and retail industry.

Position Responsibilities:
• Handle the full cycle recruitment process for positions based in NYC and NJ offices. This includes posting positions, sourcing talent, identifying qualified applicants, conducting interviews, collaborating with managers to make selection decisions, conducting background checks and extending offers
• Provide excellent customer service to business stakeholders, ensuring responsive communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Source candidates through a variety of recruitment methods such as employee referrals, job postings, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and job fairs to ensure we find the most qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and/or face-to-face interviews to ensure the most qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager for their consideration
• Create and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates
• Track recruitment metrics by position on a weekly basis
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of external business partners (e.g., staffing agencies, campus career services staff, etc.)
• Manage high volume of resume through Applicant Tracking System
• Maintain an awareness of total team projects and responsibilities to provide support and partnership as needed
• Assist in the recruitment of the Spring and Summer Internship Programs
• Assist in providing content for our career sites social media posting
• Partner with the HR team on the development of recruiting strategies and special projects

Position Requirements:
• 2-3 years of previous recruitment experience, preferably with a retail/fashion organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Prior experience in utilizing an applicant tracking system.
• Outstanding organizational and administrative skills; detail-orientation and resourcefulness
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners
• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritization is required
• Detail oriented with strong follow through skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
