Linke Resources is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recovery specialist located in Camden County, NJ.
In this role, the Recovery Specialist will help each consumer reach a maximum level of self-sufficiency through individualized interventions as well as the support of an overall therapeutic milieu. Services are provided in a community based (working with clients in their homes/communities) with individuals with a mental health and drug and alcohol dependency diagnosis. Interventions are based on service plans developed collaboratively with individual consumers.

Schedules: Tuesday through Friday 12PM-8PM with rotating weekends 10AM-6PM.

- Provide services as defined by the program description, best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards and Recovery Model Principles.
- Monitor effectiveness of own service delivery based on outcome measures, including Quality of Life Inventory, consumer satisfaction surveys, and treatment/service reviews. As needed, make changes to own service delivery to improve outcomes.
- Provide services as dictated by client needs.
- Identify resources that are accessible and beneficial to clients and encourage their utilization.
- Intervene appropriately in crisis situations.
- Provide instruction and hands-on support to promote the development of skills identified in service plans.
- Support consumers in maintaining healthy relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Must be compassionate, flexible, and knowledgeable of Supportive Counseling.
- Maintain accurate records of billable services provided and submit records in a timely manner as dictated by the program.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or human services related
- Driver's license
