About Our Client:

Our client in Etobicoke is hiring a Reconciliation Specialist on a permanent full time role

Responsibilities:

  • Processing complex bank, network, and transaction reconciliations
  • Providing financial and technical customer service via e-mail and over the phone
  • Looking for discrepancies and performing required adjustments
  • Generating settlement reports
  • Assisting Manager and department with other Finance related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must possess post-secondary certification in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in an Accounting or Finance role
  • Strong bank reconciliation experience
  • Advanced level MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with learning multiple in-house systems
