Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Growing Distribution company in Jurupa Valley is seeking a Professional Receptionist with excellent Customer Service skill sets.
The Receptionist position includes but is not limited to; interaction with high level customers in-person and on the phone, supporting sales and executive level staff, directing calls and proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook software.
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm
Starting Pay: $12.00/hr.
Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 years of professional Receptionist experience, a very stable and consistent work history and proficiency with MSOffice software programs.
Excellent Customer Service Skill Sets and a high level of professionalism.
