About Our Client:


Our client, located in Toronto, is looking for a receptionist for a 3 week assignment, with potential to extend.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and transferring calls on a busy switchboard
  • Taking messages and directing inquiries to the correct source
  • Greeting visitors, ensuring they are signing in
  • Receiving, distributing and sending out mail
  • Handling courier services when necessary
  • Supporting departments with various administrative functions


Qualifications

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
  • 2+ years previous experience in Reception and Administrative roles
  • Must be professional, personable and reliable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be tech savvy, able to pick up systems quickly
