Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors in finding their way around the office.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Assist colleagues with routine administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other day to day jobs like maintaining pantry, inventory etc.
- OND/HND in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- 2-3 years experience in similar role; previous experience as a receptionist will be an advantage.
