Receptionist
Hire Professionals is seeking a friendly, polished, and service-driven Receptionist on behalf of one of our valued clients. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys helping others in a professional, customer-facing environment.
Summary of Qualifications
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Determine the purpose of each visit and direct or escort individuals to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Take messages, schedule appointments, and provide general information as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, documents, and courier deliveries.
- Perform routine administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Provide general support to office staff as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
