Job Description-
Receptionist: Will be responsible for the front desk operations during business hours of 8 am - 5 pm. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate efficiently as this role is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls from the main phone line, greeting guests and going through the check in process, issuing visitor badges, updating visitor log, creating new badges, providing direction around the facility, reserving conference rooms, handle the weekly drawing for the front desk flower arrangement, turning off the projectors in the 6 conference rooms behind the desk, other administrative duties as requested by the Facilities Manager
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory-Microsoft office, multi-line phone, front office, High School Diploma.
