Job Title: Real Estate Clerk
Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a strong opportunity for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in real estate transactions, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of real estate documents and transactions
- Support lawyers and legal professionals with residential and/or commercial closings
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Conduct title and property searches as required
- Prepare correspondence and documentation related to transactions
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and other parties involved in real estate matters
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Clerk
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Unity, and Teraview
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in corporate law and/or commercial real estate is considered an asset but is not required
