- Establish and enforce close timelines that scale as properties are added
- Deliver clean reporting packages

- Support lender reporting, covenant compliance, and debt service tracking
- Prepare and oversee audit-ready workpapers
- Support due diligence and financial integration for new park acquisitions
- Build out reporting infrastructure as the company scales
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling

- Direct experience managing offshore or distributed accounting teams
- Real estate or property management industry background (multi-family, manufactured housing, or commercial preferred)
- Strong grasp of GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and property-level reporting
- Hands-on experience with property management and accounting software (Sage, RMS, or similar)
- Proven ability to build processes from scratch in a high-growth environment
- CPA license or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $130k-170k commensurate with experience plus fund equity
