Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiological and CT exams as per established protocols to aid in patient diagnosis.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to create a seamless and comforting patient experience.
- Ensure all operational protocols and radiation safety measures are adhered to during all radiological procedures.
- Maintain accurate and secure patient records, aligning with healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
- Proactively engage in maintenance schedules and operational readiness of radiology equipment.
- Manage emergency situations with professionalism and in compliance with healthcare guidelines.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R) (CT).
- Possession of or eligibility for Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification.
- At least two years of experience in a hospital radiology setting.
- Completion of Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level within three months of hire.
- Commitment to continued education and professional development in radiology and related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in both Radiology and CT.
- Strong diagnostic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with digital radiography and computed tomography software and hardware.
Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting a range of diagnostic radiography and CT examinations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in procedure setup and execution.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules and patient throughput.

- Competitive compensation range of $40 to $54 per hour, with additional differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
