The Role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Central U.S. to drive new business across critical infrastructure clients, with a focus on state & local government, oil & gas, and utilities. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, and closing large-scale technology deals.
This role requires a hunter mentality, the ability to navigate complex organizations, and experience selling into public sector or industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on critical infrastructure clients in the Central U.S.

Drive net-new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise accounts.

Manage complex sales cycles, from discovery and technical presentations to proposal development and contract negotiation.

Partner with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure strong customer outcomes.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers across state/local government, oil & gas, and utility sectors.

Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas.
Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, data analytics, drone technology, or geospatial solutions.

Proven success selling into state & local government, energy, oil & gas, or utilities.

Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving multi-million-dollar pipelines.

Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.

Comfortable working remotely while managing a large geographic territory (Central U.S.).
