To qualify for the $15,000 hiring bonus candidates must have a minimum of 5 years labor and delivery nursing experience and be hired into a full-time position.

• Associate Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred and current licensure by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
• CPR required on hire or within 60 days of hire. Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification also required on hire or within 6 months of hire.
