Our client is a 120 bed community hospital with national accreditation as a Chest Pain Center and national recognition as a top performer on key quality measures by The Joint Commission. They provide a full range of inpatient and outpatient care; diagnostic imaging; medical and surgical care, including robotic-assisted surgery; and a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital also offers comprehensive services through their Heart Center and they are about to expand their hospital due to overwhelming community support and growth.

They are the only hospital in the State of Oregon to meet all four core measures!

• They have an immediate opening for a Manager of Medical Care and Float Unit.
• 30 bed unit and covering the staff for Surgical and Decision Care units.
• This is a highly administrative position with a clinical component.
• 61 staff report to this Manager.
• The ideal candidate would have 2 years of supervisory experience as a House Supervisor or ADON.

EDUCATIONAL/LICENSING:

• Current Oregon RN License or eligible. Bachelor's degree required. Current BLS, NRP and ACLS.
• 2+ years leadership experience in critical care.
