Role highlights

• Up to $164,000 annual base salary + full benefits + relocation assistance

• Leads L&D operations with dedicated OBED and OB ORs, and post-operative recovery

• Reports to a highly collaborative Women’s Services Director, and is well-supported by a team of experienced Charge RNs and Educators

• Stable executive leadership team committed to the highest level of quality and patient safety

Requirements

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 3 years L&D experience

• 2+ years progressive leadership experience

Well-suited for experienced L&D leaders in Georgia or those open to relocation within the Southeast.
