Nealy Pierce is partnering exclusively with an independently owned, not-for-profit health system near Savannah, Georgia to recruit an experienced RN Infection Prevention Manager to lead its system-wide infection prevention and control program.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you’ll set strategy, mentor a team of two IP's, and collaborate across Nursing, Quality, and Patient Safety to strengthen outcomes, reduce HAIs, and ensure regulatory readiness across a dual campus system.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of acute-care infection prevention experience (leadership preferred)

BSN required
-
Skilled communicator with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style
