What You’ll Do:

• Lead staff orientation and ongoing development for surgical services teams

• Partner with leadership to promote evidence-based practices, clinical consistency, and performance improvement

• Serve as a resource and mentor to new and existing perioperative staff

Requirements for RN Educator, Perioperative Services:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (BSN required if Master’s is in a non-nursing field) is required

• 3+ years of recent perioperative clinical experience, including scrubbing and circulating

• Current SC RN license (or Compact License)

• BLS (AHA) required; CNOR certification strongly preferred
