Position Summary
The Director of Nursing will oversee a 64-bed Senior Services department, which includes a 32-bed memory care unit and a 32-bed long-term care unit within a non-profit health system. Reporting directly to the CNO—known for being supportive, collaborative, and highly invested in leadership development—this leader will manage daily operations, professional practice standards, staffing, and team development while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required
- Current RN licensure
- Leadership mindset with a desire to grow, learn, and be mentored
- Strong communicator who leads with collaboration and encouragement
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Experience in Med/Surg, LTAC, Skilled Nursing, or Assisted Living preferred
- CMSRN or GERO-BC certifications are highly desirable, but not required
