Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $175K annually + director-level bonus

• $15K relocation/sign-on package

What You Bring

• BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred

• 3–5 years of IMCU/PCU/Telemetry nursing experience

• 1–2+ years of proven nursing leadership

• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire staff while navigating challenges with resilience
