Compensation & Benefits

What You Bring

  • BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred

  • 3–5 years of IMCU/PCU/Telemetry nursing experience

  • 1–2+ years of proven nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire staff while navigating challenges with resilience
