Job Description
Build Consistency and Work-Life Balance with a Dedicated 12-Hour Night Schedule
Registered Nurse – 12-Hour Night Shift
Montrose, Colorado Area
A Rare Opportunity: Predictable Night Shift Scheduling with Strong Team Support
Many nursing roles require rotating shifts or unpredictable scheduling. This opportunity offers something different.
A respected long-term care community serving the Montrose area is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time 12-hour night shifts. These roles offer consistent, non-rotating schedules that allow nurses to maintain stability while working overnight hours.
Two scheduling options are available:
Friday – Saturday – Sunday (12-hour night shifts)

These schedules remain consistent each week and do not rotate.
If you are a Registered Nurse who prefers night shifts and values schedule stability, a collaborative care environment, and meaningful resident relationships, this opportunity deserves your attention.
