Qualifications:
- RN License in AZ
- MUST HAVE YOUR COVID VACCINE or Exemption.
- Additional vaccines required are: Hep B (no declination), MMR, Varicella and Tdap.
- AHA BLS and Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Wound Care Certification
