Travel RN Case Manager- Rancho Mirage, CA

Pay: $2,800 to $3,000 per week
Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 1/30/2026

As the RN Case Manager, you will:

  • Evaluate the appropriateness of hospital admissions
  • Coordinate and advocate for the interdisciplinary plan of care
  • Help ensure effective, efficient, and safe use of resources
  • Optimize patient outcomes through collaboration and oversight

🩺 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience
  • BLS & BSN required
  • Strong Epic experience required (Charting System)
