Focus:

  • Architect, design, simulate, and validate high-speed analog and RF circuits (>20GHz) in advanced CMOS/BiCMOS technologies.
  • Own IP block development from concept through tape-out, supporting SoC integration and top-level system requirements.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure alignment between analog design and overall product architecture.
  • Perform characterization and debug of silicon in lab environments using advanced testing methodologies.
  • Document design decisions and collaborate in design reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes across the team.

Skill Set:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design with a proven track record of delivering to production.
  • Deep knowledge of analog building blocks: LNAs, mixers, VCOs, filters, drivers, voltage references, op-amps, current mirrors, and more.
  • Strong understanding of high-frequency analog concepts, including signal integrity, impedance matching, and circuit modeling.
  • Experience in designing complex systems-on-chip (SoCs), with a focus on high-level integration and component layout planning.
  • Skilled in using Cadence Virtuoso for transistor-level design and layout; familiarity with DRC, LVS, and other verification flows.
  • Familiarity with advanced analog conversion technologies and high-speed signal management is highly valued.
  • Experience with large-scale IC designs including block aggregation and layout.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
