Position Overview

We are seeking a 360° Headhunting Consultant who will drive both business development and full-cycle recruitment. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with strong commercial nstincts, recruitment experience, and a desire to grow in an entrepreneurial environment.

This position is based in Irving, TX, with a hybrid work model (in-office and remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, offering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Run full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, managing offers, and closing placements.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand client needs.
• Provide high-level consulting and market insight to clients and candidates.
• Achieve sales and recruitment targets, contributing to the growth of our U.S. operations.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in 360° recruitment/headhunting, ideally within the U.S. market.
• Strong background in business development, selling recruitment or professional services.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence; able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Energetic, resourceful, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus.
• Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, or open to working from our Irving office in a hybrid setup.
