Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the RCM organization, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end RCM operations including verification, authorizations, billing, claims follow-up, denials, and payer communication.
  • Build and execute an AI-enabled RCM strategy focused on automation, efficiency, and modernization of workflows.
  • Partner closely with product and technology teams to incorporate new tools and intelligent automation into RCM processes.
  • Guide organizational change and support teams as responsibilities evolve during technology adoption.
  • Establish scalable, repeatable workflows that improve accuracy, turnaround times, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and operational excellence across a multi-state payer landscape.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, product, and go-to-market teams on strategic and operational planning.
  • Support strategic sales conversations by serving as the RCM subject-matter expert.
  • Prepare executive-ready updates, reporting packages, and recommendations for leadership and board audiences.

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in Revenue Cycle Management, ideally in ambulatory, outpatient, rehab therapy, or complex healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading RCM teams through operational complexity and multi-payer workflows.
  • Hands-on experience implementing automation, AI, or advanced technology to modernize RCM functions.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience transforming processes and building new workflows, systems, or operating models.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational acumen, including roadmap development and performance management.
  • Executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation $250k
