Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sub-contractor certificates and cost reports.
• Develop and price tenders.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Schedule appointments with sub-contractors while adhering to budget constraints.
• Conduct re-measurements for final accounts.
• Process payments to accountants.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• A BSc or BTech degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Candy CCS, and Buildsmart software.
• Must possess own transport.
• Ability to work from the Stellenbosch office.
