Quality/Infection Control Interim Leader - CLOSED

A 62-bed acute care hospital with 17 outpatient clinics has an immediate need for a Quality/Infection Control Interim Leader/Consultant. There are three primary focuses on the engagement: First, to mentor and develop the infection control leader who is new to the role and department (but eager to learn). Second, assess the overall quality and infection control departments and provide guidance to the director, who has only been in the role (and quality overall) for 16 months. Finally, help the address infection control findings from a recent Joint Commission survey.

Ideally, they would like an interim/consultant for at least 90 days. The right candidate is highly experienced in quality, particularly infection control, and can hit the ground running to help them address their three needs.
