JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Team Lead in Metro Detroit. Our client is a global quality management and inspection company that primarily supports manufacturing industries, especially automotive, aerospace, and heavy industry.

Responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

• Lead and support quality inspection teams at customer sites
• Train and mentor inspectors while ensuring adherence to processes and work instructions
• Communicate project updates, document non-conformances, and troubleshoot quality issues
• Support Site Leaders and step into leadership roles when needed
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Use inventory tools, scanners, Microsoft Office, and company reporting systems
• Perform inspections and audits as required

Job Requirements of a Team Lead:

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of quality or manufacturing experience preferred
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Experience using gauges and measuring devices preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in fast-paced industrial environments
• Flexible schedule and travel availability required
