- Develop, lead, and implement the QMS to prevent nonconforming product and recurrence using planning, material review, corrective action and quality reporting.
- Monitor all operations and activities that impact product quality
- Supervise and guide quality inspectors
- Collaborate with manufacturing management to establish robust and repeatable processes
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback on quality
- Manage customer audits, ISO audits and internal audits
- Report all nonconformities to production supervisors and inspectors to ensure immediate action
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Manage document control system
