Responsibilities：
  • Manage quality control for automotive accessory parts (illumination components, plastic molded parts, sewn products, etc.)
  • Monitor and improve supplier production quality and processes
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal sales teams
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and submit problem-solving and corrective action reports (e.g., 8D) to internal teams and customers
  • Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation when required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of quality experience in the automotive industry or plastic injection molding manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
  • Understanding of problem-solving methodologies (5Why, 8D report, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability
  • Team-oriented and comfortable handling detailed tasks
Work Environment:
  • Full-time position, 5 days per week, fully onsite
  • Work will be conducted in both office and warehouse settings
