JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Resource Coordinator - Scheduling in Auburn Hills. Our client is a global provider of operational quality management and consulting solutions, mainly for the automotive, emobility, aerospace and heavy transportation industries. The Quality Resource Coordinator - Scheduling is responsible for scheduling and staffing qualified individuals to ensure successful project execution while maintaining strong business relationships with hiring partners.

Responsibilities of a Quality Resource Coordinator - Scheduling include:

• Conduct scheduling, staffing, and recruiting services to support containment projects and sorting activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with temp agencies and recruiting sources.
• Build and manage relationships with staffing partners.
• Research market wages in hiring areas.
• Identify and reach out to applicant sources, including community services, colleges, employment agencies, and social media platforms.
• Fill open positions with temporary associates and direct hires as needed.

Job Requirements of a Quality Resource Coordinator - Scheduling:

• Full proficiency in the local language and English.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel basics) and Outlook.
• Strong customer focus and client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resilience under pressure.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• 1+ years of HR/Recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Experience in client relationship management and interviewing.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or HR preferred.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm w/1-hour lunch
Wage: $19.00/hr. with an additional $1.00/hr., if you are bilingual.
