Quality Manager

Are you a quality-driven leader with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to take charge of all quality initiatives at their Cleveland production site. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a track record of driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead process improvements and implement key quality metrics
✔ Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
✔ Enhance process and product capability to improve performance indicators
✔ Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues
✔ Manage internal and external quality audits (ISO 9001 compliance)
✔ Provide Six Sigma project support and problem-solving expertise
✔ Train and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians

What You Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
Experience: 7-10 years in manufacturing quality management
Knowledge: ISO 9001, automotive quality standards, Six Sigma (CQE/Black Belt a plus)
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus proficiency in Minitab & Access
